Choose your mattress, select your size and click "Add to cart". Then go to checkout, enter your delivery details and pay securely. You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away.

We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Yes. If you'd like to change or cancel your order before it's dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. After delivery, you can still cancel within 14 days. See our returns policy for details.

We keep our prices clear and honest all year round, so you don't need to wait for a sale to get a fair price.

Nothing. Delivery is free on every mattress, to every address in the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands and Northern Ireland.

Most mattresses are delivered within 10 working days. Special order sizes (Small Double and Super King heated and massage mattresses) take 3 to 4 weeks.

Yes. Once your order is on its way, our team will contact you by phone or text to let you know when to expect it.

Our mattresses are delivered to your front door. As mattresses are heavy and bulky, we recommend having a second person on hand to help carry it inside.

We don't currently offer a removal service. Your local council may offer a bulky waste collection, and many mattresses can be recycled.

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your mattress. We'll arrange collection, and the collection cost of up to £60 will be deducted from your refund. Please keep the mattress clean and in good condition.

Please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll collect the mattress free of charge and arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes. Every mattress comes with a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing faults, in addition to your legal rights.

It depends on how you sleep and what feel you prefer. Our compare mattresses page shows all our pocket gel mattresses side by side. If you'd still like help choosing, contact us and we'll be happy to advise.

All our mattresses come in standard UK sizes. Measure the inside of your bed frame and check our size guide. If your bed is from IKEA or another European brand, please measure carefully, as European sizes are different.

Our mattresses are made by Prime Mattresses, a UK mattress brand. We work directly with them to bring you their range with free UK delivery and friendly support.

In a pocket sprung mattress, each spring sits inside its own fabric pocket and moves independently. This lets the mattress follow the shape of your body, and means you're less likely to feel your partner moving in the night.

The heated mattress has a low-voltage carbon fibre heating system with 3 heating zones for your shoulders, back and feet. Each side has its own wireless remote with 5 heat levels, and an auto shut-off timer of 1, 2, 3 or 9 hours. For best results, switch the heating off once your bed is warm.

The massage mattress has a built-in kneading massage system with two separate zones, one for each side of the bed. Each side has its own wireless remote with 3 intensity levels.

Use a mattress protector to keep your mattress clean, and rotate it head to toe every few months to help it wear evenly. Always use a supportive bed base, and follow the care label on your mattress.
