Every Cozy Mattresses order comes with free UK delivery, straight to your door. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your mattress will arrive.

Free delivery on every mattress

There's no minimum spend and no hidden delivery charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery times

All our mattresses are delivered within 10 working days. This includes all our pocket gel, heated and massage mattresses, in every size.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times start from the day after your order is confirmed.

Where we deliver

We deliver free to every address in the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. Wherever you live in the UK, delivery is always free.

Before your delivery

Once your order is on its way, our team will contact you by phone or text to let you know when to expect your mattress. Please make sure the phone number and address on your order are correct.

On delivery day

Doorstep delivery: Your mattress will be delivered to your front door. Mattresses are heavy and bulky, so we recommend having a second person on hand to help carry it inside.
Someone needs to be home: An adult aged 18 or over will need to be there to receive your mattress.
Check access: Please measure doorways, stairways and tight corners on the way to your bedroom before you order. See our size guide for help.

Checking your mattress

Please check your mattress as soon as it arrives. If it's torn, damaged or dirty, or you've received the wrong size or wrong mattress:

Note the problem on the delivery note before signing, if possible.
Take clear photos of the problem, the mattress label showing the size, and the packaging.

We'll collect it free of charge and send you the right one, or give you a full refund. See our returns & refunds page for details.

Old mattress removal

We don't currently offer a removal service for old mattresses. Your local council may offer a bulky waste collection, and many mattresses can be recycled.

Delays

We work hard to deliver every order on time. If there's ever a delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know and arrange a new delivery date.
