Terms of service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on cozymattresses.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us
Cozy Mattresses is a trading name of Cozy Sofas Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16034019. Registered office: 353 High Street North, London, E12 6PQ.
You can contact us by phone on 07421 668882 (7 days a week, 9am – 8pm), on WhatsApp (24/7), or by email at info@cozymattresses.co.uk.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you begins when we confirm that your order has been accepted, which will normally happen when we contact you to arrange delivery.
We may be unable to accept your order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we can't deliver to your address, or if there's an error in the price or description. If this happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to any UK address is free.
We work hard to make sure all prices on our website are correct. If we find an error in the price of something you've ordered, we'll contact you to ask whether you'd like to continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. If you choose a finance or pay-later option where available, your agreement with that provider is separate from your contract with us and is subject to their own terms.
5. Products
We take care to describe and show our products accurately. However, colours and fabrics may look slightly different in real life than on your screen, and all sizes and measurements are approximate, with small variations possible.
Heated and massage mattresses must be used in line with the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the product.
6. Delivery
We deliver free to every address in the UK. All orders are delivered within 10 working days, to your front door. Full details are on our delivery information page.
If we're going to be late, we'll contact you as soon as possible. If there's a significant delay, you may be able to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
7. Ownership and responsibility
The mattress becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to your address. It becomes your property once we've received full payment.
8. Damaged, dirty or wrong item on delivery
If your mattress arrives torn, damaged or dirty, or we've sent you the wrong size or wrong mattress, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the problem, the mattress label and the packaging. We'll collect it free of charge and send you the right one, or give you a full refund.
9. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your mattress, without giving a reason. The mattress must be unused, clean and in its original condition. If it has been used, stained, soiled or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect its loss in value, which may be up to the full price.
If you change your mind, the cost of returning the mattress from your home to our warehouse is your responsibility. We'll arrange collection, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Full details, including a cancellation form, are on our returns & refunds page.
10. 2-year guarantee
All our mattresses come with a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing faults. If a fault appears during this time, we'll collect the faulty mattress free of charge and send you a replacement. The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear, a gradual softening of comfort layers, damage from misuse, stains, or use without a suitable, supportive bed base.
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. We're required by law to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our returns & refunds page for details.
11. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for any business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use only.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your legal rights as a consumer.
12. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption or supplier problems. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is significant, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
13. Your personal information
We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
14. Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us first and we'll do our best to put things right quickly.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.
16. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
